The hotel's rooms would need some updating as they are not very clean, especially the carpet areas. There was a noticeable smell in both our room and the hallway. On the positive side, the service was great and helpful, with friendly staff ready to assist in any way. The location was very nice and convenient for accessing McCormick Place easily. The dining experience needed some upgrading, but the buffet breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, but it is a decent choice if you are looking for a well-located place.

Although the room was a bit dark and had a bad smell despite being a non-smoking room, the hotel provided no access to a fridge or microwave, claiming no common area microwave was available to warm up food. The service was lacking in communication and professionalism, with issues unresolved for days even after assurances. The location was decent, with Uber being a good transportation option and offering beautiful surroundings like the coast path. The dining experience, although a bit costly, featured amazing dishes including fresh fruit salad and yogurt. Facilities were somewhat limited in options.

I couldn't be happier with my stay at this hotel! The location is amazing, close to restaurants, and with great transportation options. The rooms were fresh and surprisingly quiet for a ground floor room, even though lacking a microwave or refrigerator. The service was friendly overall, but there were moments when they seemed a bit indifferent. The price and free parking truly made the location worthwhile. The breakfast was delightful, offering a delicious fruit salad and fantastic views of Lake Michigan and Chicago's skyline.
