The hotel's rooms would need some updating as they are not very clean, especially the carpet areas. There was a noticeable smell in both our room and the hallway. On the positive side, the service was great and helpful, with friendly staff ready to assist in any way. The location was very nice and convenient for accessing McCormick Place easily. The dining experience needed some upgrading, but the buffet breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, but it is a decent choice if you are looking for a well-located place.

I couldn't be happier with my stay at this hotel! The location is amazing, close to restaurants, and with great transportation options. The rooms were fresh and surprisingly quiet for a ground floor room, even though lacking a microwave or refrigerator. The service was friendly overall, but there were moments when they seemed a bit indifferent. The price and free parking truly made the location worthwhile. The breakfast was delightful, offering a delicious fruit salad and fantastic views of Lake Michigan and Chicago's skyline.
